the breakfast was good it had a decent selection.

the service was lacking staff struggled with english communication sometimes requiring multiple calls to reception for assistance i found the wait times long and frustrating i think improvements could be made with minimal effort.

the ferry to the mainland was useful! the main swimming pool also met my expectations.

I found management practices frustrating. the bar ran out of tonic water, then bombay sapphire gin. the food from the main restaurant was mediocre and sometimes awful. The boat shuttle every two hours was the only option.

The resort calls itself five stars but it did NOT feel that way. I saw crumpled bedding AND dirty windows. The patio was stained. I also noticed no cushions sat on outside chairs. drinks were not replaced from the minibar. The bed wasn't changed during my four nights. the experience felt disappointing.

The initial bungalow i booked looked nothing like the pictures. it felt really run-down. i also had issues with the staff. They seemed uninterested in helping, even when i asked for basic things (maybe i was asking too much?). the beach wasn't great either, it had some trash on it, which wasn't very appealing for a resort.
